Tap ⚙ Settings in the top right. You can update your name, switch between Daily and Monthly budget, change your budget amount, and change your currency at any time. Tap Save Changes when done.

Daily mode sets a per-day limit. Unspent surplus carries forward so a good day makes tomorrow easier. Monthly mode sets a total for the month and Taplimit divides it across days automatically. Switch between them anytime in Settings.

Yes — an Undo button appears for 4 seconds after every deletion. Tap it immediately to restore the transaction exactly as it was. If the toast has disappeared, the transaction can't be recovered.

No — removing the icon only removes the shortcut, not your data. Open taplimit.com/welcome, enter your license key, and reinstall from there. All your transactions will be exactly where you left them.

Yes — completely. After the first load Taplimit works with no internet connection. All your data is stored locally on your device. No account, no cloud, no connection needed.

Yes on iPhone. Use the Shortcuts app to create an automation: Automation tab → New Automation → Transaction → Run Shortcut → select your Log to Taplimit shortcut. Every Apple Pay payment will open Taplimit automatically.
